We will be holding our monthly nutrition seminar for members tonight at 7:00pm immediately following the 6:00pm class. All new members should attend as well as anyone who simply wants a refresher! This month’s theme for our nutrition seminar is “If you bite, write it!”. We often hear that people either aren’t receiving the results they want from the workouts or claim that their eating habits are “clean”. Well if food enters your mouth, we want to know about it! Start a food journal and hold yourself accountable every meal of every day. With this valuable information in hand we can start to analyze trouble spots and offer suggestions and substitutions. Nutrition truly is the determining factor in achieving stellar results and we want to help!
During this seminar we will discuss in depth how to get your diet on track through use of the Zone and Paleo way of eating as well as how it affects your performance! We will also explain how to start and keep a food journal and provide some great resources for healthy foods and recipes. If you cannot attend, please let us know and we will be more than happy to go over the content of this seminar one-on-one at a later date.
