The end of the Open season is upon us but the Games are just heating up! We have one more workout to go, and it’s a repeat of last year’s finale workout which puts a twist on the classic CrossFit workout “Fran”. 12.5 brings an added level of difficulty and technique with 100# Barbell Thrusters for Men, 65# for Women and Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups. This 7 minute gasser is about shear will and grinding it out to see how far up the ladder you can go. Our final Open WOD Saturday will start at 10:00AM for registered athletes and continue on until 12:00pm for all other athletes. To celebrate the end of the Open please feel free to bring friends and family to watch and mingle afterwards. We want to thank all of our athletes who had worked so hard over the past 5 weeks to battle it out and give these workouts their all. Each Saturday has brought a new challenge which has been met and surpassed. We have had a blast seeing everyone grow these past weeks and look forward to ending this Saturday with a bang!
