2016 'Find Your Greatness' Challenge

Happy New Year! It's time to get a jumpstart on your health and fitness goals for 2016. On Sunday, January 17th we'll be starting our annual 'Find Your Greatness' Challenge, and I want to personally invite you to be a part of it.

We've never done a challenge quite like this before so I'm pretty stoked to share it with you! Here is a breakdown of what we'll be doing over the 6-weeks.


The challenge will start on Sunday the 17th with a DEXA scan, a full body scan that will provide you with your comprehensive total body composition, metabolic health and bone density metrics. You'll get over 50 metrics about your body, which are proven to assist in validating your nutrition and workouts throughout the challenge. Next, we'll sit down for an extensive Nutrition Seminar where we'll discuss our strategies, tips & tricks, and answer any questions to come up with a solid game plan for the next 6-weeks. For the first 21-days, we'll be doing an elimination period to reset our palates and cut our sugar addiction and cravings. You'll feel so good you'll want to continue this for the remainder of the challenge; however, realistically we're going to want to use the final 21 days to instill habits that will carry over once the challenge is over (aka real life).

Finally, you'll be hitting the Challenge WOD so you can have a fitness baseline to test at the end of the challenge. Just like in class, you can scale and modify as needed and use the 6-week challenge to really dial in and improve your skills.


You'll have access to a PRIVATE Facebook group where you'll receive support on a daily basis from fellow challengers and our coaches, share your wins, and ask any questions!

We'll also be meeting as a group several times throughout to do some fun fitness challenges outside of the gym (think hikes, beach wods, and more tbd)!


At the finale, we'll retest it all! The scan, the workout, pictures, EVERTHING! Here's where you'll really see the massive results you've been working towards that will help you CRUSH 2016 and beyond.
