How long have you been a member at Cave CrossFit?

3 months!

How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, level of fitness?

Crossfit introduced me to lifting and building strength, which has changed how I view progress/helped me realize there is a way to define it which I really like!

What is your athletic background?

I grew up playing a lot of sports, but mainly lacrosse and volleyball.

Favorite WOD:

Hmm..I don't really have one or at least know yet (?). I like rowing and when you go through the movements quickly.

Favorite Lift/Movement:

Of the ones I have done - squats - but I want to deadlift.

Least Favorite WOD:

I don't have on yet and am scared to find out... (joke, well kinda)

Least Favorite Lift/Movement:

Handstands! Pretty much always feel like I going to fall on my face

What are your proudest achievements?

I feel like I have collected a few really amazing friends/people throughout my life - not sure that is an achievement or if proud is the right word, but definitely one of my happiest accomplishments. Otherwise, earning my masters was pretty cool.

Name one goal and/or personal record you would like to accomplish through CrossFit?

I want to be able to do a pull-up, like just casually break that out when I want.

Any advice for someone thinking about trying CrossFit or someone who has just started?

Well since I just started something I keep telling myself is - don't worry if you mess up the first time, second, third, time, work toward getting it right and it will all be good.
