Membership Policies

Auto Payment Policy


Requires a two week notice of cancellation – email to contact@cavecrossfit.com or via writing is acceptable. Your card on file will be charged the Sunday before the month program begins, unless otherwise agreed upon with Cave CrossFit. Cards should be kept up to date on your enrollment profile. Any refunds agreed to after an auto payment has run will be credited less a 10% merchant services fee reimbursement.

Missed Class/Make-Up Policy


If you miss a class, you can make it up under these guidelines:
1.  You missed for a good reason (sleeping in is not a good reason)
2.  You notified your coach ahead of time or that day before class.

To make up a class:
1.  You must get approval from your coach to make up your class in their or another coach’s program
2.  You may not drop into a sold out class

Class Credit Policies


Important: In most cases, missed class credit(s) should not rollover into the next month – it should be taken within that month’s program. Exceptions will apply as deemed fair due to issues such as injury or a significant number of approved class credits.

1.  Two or less class credits must be made up in the month in which they were provided
2.  Three or more must be used within 60 days from which they are provided.

Transferable Class Credits


If you are no longer able to attend class and have approved class credits, you may transfer it to a family member.

Contracts/Packages


See the more formal contact online when purchasing a contract or package. In summary, there are no refunds and you can put a freeze on your account only one time during the duration of your contract, and the freeze can last no longer than 90 days.

Lost/Stolen Item Policy


Cave CrossFit can not be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left in the gym or in the car parked on our premises.

Refunds


Refunds will be provided due to permanent disability or permanent relocation. Refunds will not be given under any other circumstances. Credits are possible, but please see the notes on class credits above. All refunds are subject to a processing fee.

Personal Training Sessions


Sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to appointment otherwise the session will be fully charged without the ability to make it up.
