Membership Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requires a 30 days written notice via email or writing to contact@cavecrossfit.com Membership will be cancelled 30 days from the date this notice is submitted. You will be charged/debited one additional month, for the use of the facility during the 30-day cancellation period. Upon completion of the 30-day cancellation period, membership shall then be considered terminated.

Memberships 30 days past due will be cancelled. Reinstatement requires payment of dues owed and payment of first/pro-rated month of new membership.

Member must pay any outstanding payments if a contract is cancelled before its end date.

 

 

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS & FEES

All members have the option to put their membership on hold for up to three (3) months per calendar year, for a minimum of one (1) month, unless otherwise agreed upon, at no charge, for any reason. Upon expiration of Hold Date, your account will automatically become active and payments shall resume. Should you elect to cancel during the Hold Period, you will be subject to the 30-day Cancellation Policy, outlined above and responsible for any payments left on a contract. Hold requires a written notice/email to contact@cavecrossfit.com or via writing is acceptable, of at least 5 business days before next draft date for changes to be effective for that draft date

A late fee of $15.00 will be applied to declined/insufficient fund payments more than 3 days past due.

A late fee of $30.00 will be applied to payments more than 10 days past due.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on monthly memberships, contracts, blocks of classes, or personal training sessions. However, any refunds agreed upon after a payment has run will be credited less a 10% merchant services reimbursement.

PERSONAL PROPERTY POLICY

Cave CrossFit is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items left in the gym or in the car parked on our premises.
