This co-ed class is for members of all levels of CrossFit. Whether you just finished your elements or are a CrossFit vet, this class is for you! A normal CrossFit class consists of a dynamic warm-up, learning technique, strength work or working on a skill, followed by a workout and cool down session. All athletes must have taken Elements before entering this class.




Exclusive to Cave, Cardio is a high energy 45-minute class that blends a fast-paced cardio workout with high-intensity interval training focusing on cardio, muscle tone, flexibility and agility training, in a fun, energetic environment.This is a great class to enhance CrossFit classes or can be used as a stand-alone class for those looking to get in a non-stop bout of conditioning training. This class is available without taking Elements and part of the Everything But CrossFit membership.


CAVE ELEMENTS (Required for CrossFit/Competitor Classes only)


To get started in our CrossFit program you must first complete our 3-class introduction called Elements. At Cave CrossFit, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you're part of the Cave CrossFit Community before you start your first group class. Coached by a Cave CrossFit Coach and delivered in small group sessions, Cave Elements is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful on day one. After completing the three Elements classes you can sign up for any of our CrossFit classes.




Mechanics, Consistency, INSTENSITY! Cave Competitor is the perfect class for athletes who are looking to become more efficient in their WODs and learn technique and skills to increase strength, speed and power in BOTH gymnastic AND barbell cycling. Find your inner competitor!





This 30-minute sweat session combines functional movements into explosive Tabata intervals and combine training to help shred and build your core. No equipment, no machines, no gimmicks. Just you.




This one hour “yoga" class will focus on poses being held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. This is a great compliment for your CrossFit training, anyone with extra tight muscles, or those that need some extra help with reducing stress or anxiety. Suitable for all levels.
