THE CAVE PROCESS
We have a Free Community Workout that takes place on the first Saturday of every month! During this free workout we will expose you to the methodology and fundamentals of CrossFit as well as a basic CrossFit workout! This hour long session will consist of an introduction to CrossFit, teaching you some technique, a warm-up, a work-out, and finally a cool down. This intro session will be educational but most of all FUN, so no excuses! Please contact us for more details on this once a month event!
*All current members are encouraged to attend but must bring a friend!
*If you would like to try out Cave CrossFit sooner, please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment.

This co-ed class is for members of all levels of CrossFit. Whether you just finished your elements or you are a fire-breather, this class is for you! A normal CrossFit class consists of a dynamic warm-up, learning technique , working on a skill, followed by a workout and cool down session. This program repeats every 4 week session.
Need some extra attention or want to work on something specific with our knowledgeable trainers? Personal training sessions are great for those that either are not ready to join our mixed level classes or simply want to push themselves in a smaller environment. These sessions are either 1, 2, or 3 days a week and will never have more than 3 people per session.
