Contrary to popular (and misguided) belief, doing CrossFit when you’re new or not very strong will not be a massively humiliating experience. In fact, the first months are arguably the most wonderful and memorable for a CrossFitter because you’ll frequently blow past your body’s self-imposed limits. That’s a great feeling.

We have a very unique program at Cave CrossFit – especially for people who are new to CrossFit and weightlifting. We start everyone off with a FREE one-on-one intro session to assess your goals followed by a trial class of either our Cave Cardio, Yoga/Mobilty, or AbLab classes. The purpose of this is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if Cave will be your best path to success.
